How big is the video phone booth?
2.50 m high, 1.00 m wide, 1.00 m long . Please ensure that the ceiling height of your venue is sufficient.
What do we need for the construction?
Just a folding ladder – we supply an Allen key and screwdriver. Simply unpack, watch the assembly video, and get started.
Is it difficult to assemble?
With a little DIY skill, it's quite doable. We've provided two short YouTube videos – one for assembly and one for disassembly. Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp if you have any questions.
Is the video phone booth an alternative to the photo booth?
Yes – and a significantly better one. Photo booth, video station, karaoke booth, and audio guestbook all in one device. A traditional photo booth rental can't compete with that.
What happens when the video phone booth gets dirty?
Don't worry - as long as our washing machine can get the dirt out, everything's fine. It only gets tricky with burn marks or structural damage – then liability insurance kicks in. That's never happened to us so far.
When do I need to return the video phone booth?
One working day after your event . The GLS return label is enclosed – please don't throw it away . Simply pack the item, affix the label, and drop it off at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

Rental information
Die Mietdauer erstreckt sich über den Zeitraum von der Paketzustellung bis zum Rückversand. Er beläuft sich in der Regel auf etwa eine Woche. Die Zustellung erfolgt standardmäßig 4-5 Tage vor dem Veranstaltungsdatum, das in unserem Mietkalender auszuwählen, bzw. bei der Buchung anzugeben ist. Wir erwarten, dass die Retoure am ersten Werktag nach der Feier veranlasst wird.
Der angegebene Preis gilt für den gesamten Mietzeitraum.
